Hurricanes, Petraeus, and Benchmarks, Oh My!

What a month September has been...Hurricane Humberto sprang up suddenly and struck the coast of Texas and Southwest Louisiana, General Petraeus and Ambassador Crocker release their reports on the progress of the surge operations in Iraq, and several reports state that Iraq has failed to meet half of their benchmark goals.
